I just got off my birth control (NuvaRing) because we are about to start trying for baby #2 and omg. I forgot how intense my PMDD was and didn’t realize how much my birth control was managing the symptoms. I cannot stop crying, I feel so much rage, I literally feel scared. Birth control is the only thing that was making it manageable. I hope I get pregnant sooner than later because I don’t want to feel this way again. After this pregnancy im going to ask about options for stopping my cycle completely because this feel unbearable
