Is there something op about the halo scythe now? I stopped playing for maybe 8 months and now i see people making jokes about it and using reapers all the time. Did they buff it? I know the aow hits twice at close range

How reactable is khatun's regular UB? Just had someone never try to parry it when i feint it but always parry it when i let it go. He could've just been good at predicting, but it does look like a very telegraphed move
