I got 43.14/300 normalised keam marks and 240 normalized board marks(64 percentile)... Will i get btech cse in any nice college (tier2) i have obc ezhava reservation Final score : 283/600

OR

Should i apply for management seat in college

If so suggest me some affordable college with avg placement, campus life etc
