Cs engineering system good for Foreign opportunities ?

Hi

I am student of computer science ( engineering system ) , so i want to know Can I work remotely or for foreign companies with a engineer d'etat degree

Like is there some way algerian student do to prove theire academic level ( like engineer d'etat equal to master ) ?

And can i after getting the degree study to get master degree and can foreign companies accepte it with out Bachelor degree ( treat it as intergrated master programme maybe ) ?

I want to make career in Maritime navigation , so i searched and find that i have to be bac + 3 in st to be able to get concour to enter the ensm but i am informatique student ( mi field not st )

If anyone has info about that i would appreciate your help

I understand st is demanded for engineerign roles but for navigation can i enter the school as mi student ?

I will choose a specialization at my univ next year and i think i am gonna go with cybersecurity but i want to know if it is good career so if anyone has some informations i would like to hear

And if it is bad do you have any idea of what fields of tech is good in algeria ?
