When should I change fluids on a 7-year-old Stinger if I have low miles?

Hi everyone! I have a 2019 Kia Stinger GT with 12K miles that I make sure to drive at least once a week. I haven't changed any of the fluids besides the yearly oil change (as stated in the owner's manual), and I wanted some advice about the other fluids from other owners. Most specifically, brake, transmission, and coolant. I also used a test strip on what I could.

Brake fluid - Test strip says this is still good; owner's manual says to INSPECT every 2 years. Online says to replace every 2-3 years. I'm leaning towards replacing this since it's old, but I'm wondering if I could stretch it.

Coolant - Test strip says this is still good; owner's manual says 120K miles or 10 years. I'm assuming this is ok, but also wondering if this needs to be replaced soon?

Transmission - I couldn't find anything about this, but the dealer recommended every 35K or 5 years. I'm leaning towards replacing this soon

Fuel induction service - not a fluid, but I had someone recommend I do this. This seems pretty unnecessary.
