I am European, and this is my first time in Ireland. I purchased a car, and insurance cost me 2500 Euros - What the hell is wrong? This is the highest price in Europe.

Hi all, I travel often during Christmas time and Summer and i was wondering if you would recommend a parking garage where i could live the car during those periods in the Limerick city center area.
