Newbie seeking wisdom.

I am new to Juneau and will be flying in probably around 1800/1900 on the 21st/22nd. Being how Juneau is a smaller town, what are my transportation options to get to a hotel? I've been living in a very UBER/taxi-heavy city and need to know what to expect or what to arrange. Any recommendations for hotels besides the ratings on Priceline ? I plan to book an Airbnb a couple days after I land, unless someone can suggest some 30 day rentals that are reasonable. I am a seasoned traveler/relocator and won't have a car, initially, so will probably stick near the bus line but enjoy walking very much.

Where do I pick up my inaugural raincoat and gortex shoes?

I am aware of the lack of sun and my need for extra vitamin D. I grew up in a low-sun/gloomie town so I'll probably get a daylight lamp too.

I am going to be staying for a couple of months, possibly settling long-term. I do know that Juneau is somewhat expensive and have done some homework but I like to get local input.

Thanks!

book in PDF form

Hi Canva! I have a book that is a single PDF that I need to upload into canva and use the pages on separate slides. How do I do that? Do I need to cut the book into separate PDF or JPEG pieces on my laptop before adding it to canva? I have a microsoft laptop and the free canva account. I do have access to professional canva account. I see that canva has a PDF editor in it but not sure how much I can do within Canva. Thanks for any help.

how do I contact Fidelity from Taiwan?

I have Fidelity accounts in the United States that I need access to while I'm living in Taiwan. I can't simply log into my accounts online because I can't receive verification texts. Honestly, I didn't expect to be accessing my Fidelity accounts from Taiwan. I can access my Fidelity accounts online just fine while sitting in the Hong Kong airport because my phone is using it's United States phone number. While I'm in Taiwan, I have to use a Taiwanese SIM card and I am issued a Taiwanese phone number. Any suggestions? Should I call the Fidelity International phone number?
