Feather in pad?
Bought a new pack of period pads and a feather was inside the wrap. It's fresh out the pack and I've been near no feathers, how did it get inside?

Return reporting?
If an item gets sent back to me because the buyer didn't pick it up, am I able to resell it to someone else without getting reported? This has happened to me twice now and I messaged both when the parcel was on its way back asking if they were okay with it, but neither responded until the parcel was fully returned and I had re-uploaded and sold it again! Am I supposed to give them a second chance at picking up or is it okay?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. This user has bought most of my items, not in a bundle. Her reviews are low with many people saying she is a slow, non-responsive buyer or tries to get refunds. Is there anything I can do here, I do not want to sell to her.
