I also love a good Z bar. I have like a drawer full of bars in my room

Eating more makes eating boring

Hey all, having an interesting experience. Basically, I have been eating 3 meals a day pretty consistently for the last 2 weeks. I have noticed that I don't think about food very much anymore, and eating seems like kind of a chore for me. Whereas when I wasn't eating much, I thought about food all the time, planned out perfect meals, and food tasted super good, now its kind of just meh, I don't even go out to eat anymore because I don't have cravings. On the one. hand this is freeing, but I also feel like I don't enjoy eating anymore.

Exercise addiction

I'm doing pretty well right now, I've been eating 3ish meals a day, desserts even, and I feel fine. However, this is only possible for me because I have been exercising A lot. Unfortunately (as a result of my sickness I think and underfueling), I have been dealing with a knee injury for literally like 7 months (patellar tendonitis). I took time off running and was swimming, but recently I've started running again- but the pain got worse. I am freaking out because I literally feel like I cannot eat unless I do a significant amount of cardio everyday, but I also know if I stop exercising to rest and stop eating too I will not recover. I literally need to eat a "normal" amount if I want to recover. Anyone have any tips for dealing with this ?

Is it ok to swim with DOMS?

Hello all , I am a fairly new Lap swimmer (been swimming laps since march ) and I have ramped up recently- for the past month and a half , I have been swimming 2000 yards front crawl 5/6 days a week in around ~40 minutes usually . Sometimes less if I’m sick or hungover or something . After swimming on Monday , I was sore so I took Tuesday off . On Wednesday I did my usual swim . I ended up taking Thursday (yesterday) off too because I was quite sore and I really do not want to get injured. Today (Friday) I am still experiencing DOMS in my lats , pecs , upper biceps (shoulder ??) and very slightly my ankles. I really want to swim today but I’m afraid..

Is this normal ? Anyone have tips ?
