Feel like there probably won't be a Drawfee Awards
Partly because it is probably a bit of work that I think the crew wont necessarily have bandwidth for, partly because of Karina. rest in peace drawfee awards you were a cool thing

Playing on franchise and deep into it, wanted the beavers to have a mountain vista aaaanddd... yeah. I mean it's a measly 5k sqm of space, hardly anything
About a month ago, there was a contest to design the city flag for Seward, NE. I submitted 2 designs and a seal design. They're not my most favorite flags ever, I especially feel eh on the color scheme on the second, but it was basically just for fun.
Flag 1 - The colors reflect Seward's status as the "Fourth of July City". The blue represents the merger of Plum Creek and the Blue River around the town. The element inside the V doubles as an arrowhead and fighter jet, representing the Native peoples who lived here before us, and the National Guard museum in town. The star is because I felt the red was too overwhelming on the left side lol
Flag 2 - Red/White/Blue. Blue river down the middle. The black X represents highways 15 and 34 that carry people to the town. The design in the center is the "Prairie Flower" quilt block, colored to match the iconic County Courthouse at the intersection of the 2 highways. The yellow blocks represent the agriculture that surrounds the town.
Seal (rough) - The outer design borrows decoration from the state seal. The seal is the county courthouse with Plum and Blue meeting below, surrounded by the natural landscape of the area and a patriotic flair. I didn't end up finalizing this so the design is a touch rough.
Had fun, don't expect to win, did it over the course of 2 days because I was bored. Enjoy!
