Beta in the pack

Hiya everyone, just like the title says can I get some recs with at least one beta in the pack. It can be of any combo, but I like the fmc to be the only centre of the group.

Edit: I don't mind having another female in the pack as long as she is all about the fmc.

What would you suggest?

After reading Triple threat I am in the need for a book that has arrogant mmcs that think they are better than and reject the fmc because they think she is not good enough. The fmc doesn't try to outshine them but just moves on with life focusing on herself. Until... they find out her true identity.

Examples,

Mmcs have money but she has old money

The mmcs or their parents are famous but she or her parents are mega stars

The mmcs are powerful but she is unique

The mmcs think they are smart but she is genius level

Some inspirational books that come to mind are {Triple threat by K Webster}, {Dance butterfly dance by Reece Rivers}, and {Storm the gates by Elizabeth Dear}

Preferences,

Can be any genre, no mm in the harem, and morally grey is fine but not too dark please. Oh and I like if she has good support from secondary characters and if it is in audiobook format.

Looking for a paranormal reverse harem series

Help, please. I read this reverse harem book over a year ago. I enjoyed it, but I wasn't in the mood, so I deleted it and forgot all about it.

But here are a few things I can remember:

  1. It is classified as paranormal, with an academy setting and a prophecy.

  2. Elementals, a sentient academy, familiars, and...

  3. The FMC:

\\- Doesn't know she is an elemental.

\\- Doesn't know she is adopted (adoptive parents and sister are good people).

\\- Has trouble with her abilities.

\\- Finds her familiar in the jungle.

  1. In chapter one, she's hiking with her older sister (she has a water ability, I think?) when the sister gets into a fight against a familiar, and the FMC uses a fire ability.

  2. MMC one:

\\- Loses his familiar (I think her name is Nara?).

\\- His dad is on some council.

\\- He is tasked with getting the FMC to the academy.

  1. The mean girl:

\\- Rich and pretty.

\\- She has a fire affinity.

\\- Has a phoenix familiar.

  1. The FMC's fire elemental professor/dean/mother takes an instant dislike to her.

  2. The best friend:

\\- Often bullied by the mean girl.

\\- The FMC stands up for her when she is getting bullied.

\\- She is somewhat known as the academy's social pariah.

I have searched and asked in the reverse harem sub reddit forum also.

RH palette cleanser

So... I have been devouring RH and omegaverse romance books like mad over the last year and it has become somewhat hard for me to enjoy reading them anymore. I think I need a break from them need some recommendations on something different to rejuvenate my love for the genre again. Please help and give me your favorite suspense or thrillers to get me through this major slump I am having.
