Can anyone tell me if the tofu in this box is already cut/cooked, or if this is packaging is just an example of what you can do with the tofu inside? Thank you!

Since the cards are just $25, I entered two gift cards. The app allowed me to do it, but then crashed out and I wound up having to pay through the server, the old fashioned way. Has anyone been able to do this successfully? I am wary of trying again because it was a hassle... appreciate hearing from you!
Hey all, I'm about 8 months post-op (allograft ACL, reasonably active GenX) and things are going okay but I'm having a really hard time imagining rollerskating again. I'm not a huge skater (I started going again a few-to-several times a year a few years ago) but I really enjoyed it when I went.
Now it feels kind of crazy to put my knee at risk like that (heavy skates, pivots, etc). But also seems sad to just never go again... I would love to hear your experiences!
