I don't like dsa

Recently completed my first year in mathematics and computing major. Mostly did machine learning this year. Did a research intern in my uni and currently interning as an ai engineer in a startup. I have done a lot and I have good depth in the fundamental ML and LLMs field.

But looks like i might have to do dsa... My main goal is to be a ML researcher so papers and res interns play more role but I am planning to do a job (~MLE /MLopS eng) for 1-2 years(not sure)before going for masters abroad. And I think most of the companies do ask for dsa for roles like them. Any suggestions ? How do I start? Should I even do it? I have okay knowledge about data structures but I haven't solved many qs yet. I am planning to do neetcode.io questions and CF + CC contests for the next two months along with my usual stuff. I still have two months left before second year starts so do let me know yall.

Thanks.
