Update: I think I'm actually growing more hair - March vs July
My guess is that, out of my stupidly complicated hair care routine, it is the combo of The Ordinary multi-peptide scalp serum for hair density and the L'Oréal Elvive aminexil shampoo that have made the difference. I also focus on scalp health (scrubs, anti dandruff shampoo, blow drying etc) but the moment I had a break from the shampoo and serum I've noticed a lot more shedding. I wash daily.
My hair is very fine and quite thin, I used to get called Baldy as a kid
