I’m not a fan of the man-bun/man-pony on me so to avoid having go to those lengths (pun intended) I’ve pretty much kept it around this length. Thoughts?

I am so incredibly insecure about my hair and about so many other things.

2/3 days I despise how I look just because I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror or someone took a bad photo of me.

I genuinely hate myself and won’t leave the house some days because I don’t want to be seen. Please give me grooming advice.
