Back in use
When my father died this spring, we sold the tractor he had been fixing and attending to in the past years. It was actually in quite good condition and yesterday we got sent a photo of it back into proper use.

Spent the morning filming with the local police a video on side-by-side cycling and the 1.5 metre rule. We had props available from a previous awareness campaign called Yellow Bikes.
After a string of accidents (including where an elderly woman was killed in a cross-walk where she had a green light), a group of cyclists in the Greater Reykjavík Area in Iceland got completely fed up with inaction on the safety of cyclists & pedestrians. Building on the concept of "Ghost Bikes" we painted yellow bikes and installed in a number of places around the capital area. We even managed to get the support of the local automotive group (The Icelandic Automobile Association)... which goes to show the level of concern.
