Night Shot of My Fendt 716 🚜

My brother decided to try some night shots with my Fendt 716 and I can’t lie… this looks seriously cool. The new lights make it look like a beast. Think he should keep going with tractor photography?

Looking to buy my first tractor

First time posting here. My buddy has a 1983 Yanmar 2402d with FEL. If I’m not mistaken it’s under 1000 hours on a Fredrick’s rebuild. Hes asking 8k for it. Good buy or spend a little more on something newer? Thanks!

Today was a fun day….

I managed to shear off my PTO adaptor, I only got the thing yesterday as well. Short of changing the whole PTO shaft, anyone know a better solution for a 1 and 1/8 inch to 1 and 3/8 inch conversion?

Questions about Ingersoll 222

Hey all. There are 2 Ingersoll 222's in my family that have been sitting in a very well maintained garage for probably 30 years or so. They are both in fantastic and clean cosmetic/visual condition and were running when they were parked. No one else in my family wants them and the uncle who actually possesses/owns them told me i could fix them up and have them. I have a lawn mower already so i think i would like to maybe take the decks off of them (keep them around though) for a little more ground clearance and use them for more garden tractor uses and maybe even take them to local tractor shows.

I have been told that they are an older design and have an "actual transmission" that puts more of the power to the ground vs a more modern mower with a hydrostat transmission. Is this correct?

These do not have PTO unfortunately. So i would not be able to do ALL garden tractor things with them, but i also dont particularly NEED them to anyways as i dont really have any use for implements other than maybe a push blade or to pull and run a weed sprayer wagon. However i have seen some people add PTO to their garden tractors. I would not really want to if it would involve cutting and doing TOO much to the tractor in its current configuration. But is adding PTO something that can be done without being too "invasive"? I could run wires to run minor electric equipment like said sprayer without disturbing the machine as is at the minimum at least.

And i suppose my last question is: Are they built heavy enough to even bother doing any of this with? Are they able to do "garden tractor things"? I'm not really looking to work a plow all day with them or anything. It would most realistically be pulling wagons with whatever i need hauled across the yard (dirt, rock, branches/leaves, storm debris, mulch, bags of soul, just all that kinds of stuff lol) and probably some push blade work maybe for some snow or pushing dirt back into holes I've had to dig. Am i asking too much from these things orrrrr....? This will be my first tractor "restoration" and I am tryign to learn about these specific machines and also just get as much info as i can. So ANY advice or tips would help a bunch

Looking for some info

I just picked this lawn tractor up not too long ago, looking for any info on it. It has been converted over to a 22HP motor.

New video

New video of my Bad Boy 5055s in action. Tractors aren't the best in tight spaces but I got the hang of it after a bit.

Rear Remotes and Backhoe - Bad Boy 4035ch

Hello,

New to tractors in general and looking to get rear remotes for my 4035ch for top and tilt.

My question is, I also have the backhoe. Can't seem to find any information on how that works after the rear remote kits work. Will there still be the loop in the back in addition to the two rear spools that are added?

Power steering line rubbed through.

Charles and his chick came to inspect.

I had to make brackets to lift the cab, the whole job was a royal pain.

Box blade pin locks

Does anyone have a creative way of making a lock for the scarifier teeth pins on a box blade?
I’m getting sick of having to pull the hitch pin out of every pin when I want to adjust the height.

I’m trying to come up with a way that you can insert the pin and twist it 1/4 turn so it will lock in, but can’t quite figure something easy out.

I can fabricate/weld, just looking for ideas on what to make.
