Just an update
I have now successfully received my refund.
I want to thank the Kraken support team for their patience and responses during this process. I was very anxious because it was a significant amount of money for me and my account had already been closed, so I became worried after several days without updates.
In the end, the refund did arrive as explained by the support team.
I also appreciate the Reddit moderators/support staff for continuing to respond to my messages even when I was repeatedly asking about the same issue.
