I have now successfully received my refund.

I want to thank the Kraken support team for their patience and responses during this process. I was very anxious because it was a significant amount of money for me and my account had already been closed, so I became worried after several days without updates.

In the end, the refund did arrive as explained by the support team.

I also appreciate the Reddit moderators/support staff for continuing to respond to my messages even when I was repeatedly asking about the same issue.

Hello everyone,

My Kraken account was recently closed and I received an email saying that my recent deposit(s) would be refunded back to the originating bank account within a few business days.

However, it has now been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received the refund or any update. I’m starting to get a bit worried and would like to know if anyone here has experienced something similar.

How long did your refund take to arrive after account closure? Did Kraken send any additional confirmation once the refund was processed?
