Please Help(Pt 2 of 2)

This will be a 2 part post as i can only put 1 video per post.(This is clean and jerk)
Hello everybody! I’m a newer weightlifter as you will tell by the videos attached, but i’m familiar with the sport and with what it SHOULD look like in terms of form. With this said, this is what i need help with:

-Ankle mobility/Depth of catch (been trying to front squat with heel elevated but it made me tweak my back so that’s on the back burner at the moment.

-Overall pulling cues and technique errors you see(drills to improve them?)

-Any advice you see fit

Programming for football

Hello everyone, I wanted to come on here and ask some questions about my programming for football. I am 16 years of age so I'm not a strength coach by any means, but I consider myself decently knowledgeable in this field. I am running into problems incorporating Olympic lifts, plyos, and preventative work(ATG and GOATA stuff).

Currently, my coach has us running ULUL Monday-Thursday. On these days, we will bench with either a floor press or incline or maybe even close grip bench as a primary accessory. On lower, we will squat both days(low box or back squat) and then deadlifts on thursdays and rack pulls or rdls on tuesdays. As well as this, we do 10-yard flys(build ups vary) and db+vert jumps on lowers.

Besides these 4 days, I want to incorporate the things that my HS coach cant because its obviously hard to teach HS liters to full clean and snatch, etc. I have a decent idea as to what i need to incorporate but its just hard to do it without frying my CNS and doing too much volume.

If it helps, I wish to add:

-Front squat(To improve ankle mobility and depth/catching cleans)

-Clean pulls(Further develop clean)

-Plyos(extensive and intensive football specific)

-Speed based strength work(dynamic squats stuff like pin split squats for more uni strength/explosiveness)

-Hypertrophy(Trying to bulk from 195 at 20%bf to around 210+ at 20 or less %bf))

I am mainly trying to understand whether I can find manageable volume levels to incorporate almost all of this on a 1-2 basis or if I need to add blocks of each focus. Ideally I don't want to sacrifice any of this, but if there's things I must maybe I will.

Lastly, the main things I want to focus on in terms of numbers are:

-Sprint speed(accel and top end)

-Vert jump and Broad jump

-Agility(5-10-5s and L drill)

-Bench, Squat, Deadlift(Powerlifting this fall!)

-Olympic lifting and explosiveness

I know this a crazy amount of nuance to really answer in concrete terms for a Reddit post, but any help is greatly appreciated!(also forgot to mention but I'm decently advanced for my age especially in the Powerlifting movements so I cant jack up volume crazy high)
