Buyer's photo of lens (1/2) and the photo from my listing (2/2)

Hello,

I was wondering if any one could provide any advice or guidance for what I can do with a recent sale that I made on eBay. The buyer is claiming that the lens "doesn't match description or photos" and in the comments, "the actual lens has a lot of scratches and wear in the body. Inside the lens, the aperture blades also had wear marks." I noticed one super obvious difference between the picture that they sent and the one I had on the listing that I took on the day of posting the listing (please see the attached photos of differences). Therefore, it's quite clear to me that they're trying to exchange their previously owned lens with the one that I had sold them. I had already sent them a message but now eBay is only offering me two options, which both don't seem great to me at all and are:

1. accept the return
2. offer a full or partial refund
