Big toe pain

Hi everyone, a few months ago I slipped off a foothold on slab and somehow slammed by toe right into the wall. Over time, wearing climbing shoes where my big toe is even marginally curled has caused more and more pain. Has anyone else experienced this? What was it? What did they do? I got an xray and it showed no arthritis or fracture/evidence of a previous fracture.

What is this little fella?

Found this guy on my windowsill in the northeast of the US, boston area. What is it? It is really quite small. I hope i got a good enough pic of it, the little guy was on the move.

Hey there everyone, I have been dealing with an issue for a while an it’s really starting to impinge my ability to wear tight shoes. I jammed my foot into the wall really hard after falling off a slab and my big toe has hurt in the most distal joint for a while now. It hurts only when putting pressure on the toe both in and out of climbing shoes. I am trying to figure out if anyone else has experienced this and what they did about it? I have resorted to wearing shoes that keep my toes flat on my left foot so i can actually climb. Let me know!
