Anyone struggle with ear pain when running? I’ll get it even just walking on a windy, cold day, but I did Week 4 Day 1 today and my ears are aching afterwards.
I currently use cheap earbuds to try to keep the air out. I don’t really wanna use a hat when it’s 70+ degrees.
Anyone else? Thoughts?

How many staff is reasonable / normal for an extremely busy 1 doctor practice?
Up to 4 surgeries in the morning, 10-20 minute vaccine appointments, 20-30 sick appointments.

How are you all staffing this?
