Leo question

I played as Leo Amp-0 yesterday in the cyclone tempus trek and i was able to get to the final boss with just him. I noticed how he would randomly add time to the timer and i couldnt figure out why. What causes this and should i be doing something to optimize this?

Also is leo this good in tempus treks for other elements?

Also also is his amp 1 worth going for?

"When Stardom Level increases, Leo gains a Shield equal to 10% of his Max HP for 5s. While the Shield is active, his Main Cannon, Stunt, and Ultimate DMG +10%."

Returning player Wingmen Help

I'm a returning US player (F2P) and I have a lot of Honk Cubes to use (140ish). I'm not sure what wingman to go for. The green numbers are the wingmen amp level and the Magenta letters are which characters i use most in order (Bugs is most used and Daffy is least used). I was thinking about the following:

Tom's because he is my third strongest guy
Daffy's because i keep hearing that its a good generic wingman
I'm not sure if I need a second wingman for Vivi, Leo, or Asher (If anyone has some recommend loadouts for these three, please let me know)
Please let me know if you recommend something else

Returning player help

Im in the US server and i just got back. Im confused about the pappos and what to use my apologems on. Im sure that this has been asked before but its tough to search through all the "use my code for 200 gems" posts. Sorry for all the questions

1.) Should i use all of my pink pappo tickets or is there reason to save them? Does the pappo level carry over and does it matter?

2.) Do the orders i place pappos matter? Also should i level up only certain ones?

3.) Should i use all of my emblem tickets?

4.) I have 36,700 gems. Are there any characters that im missing that i should try to get? Is the legendary emblem for 6720 gems worth it?

5.) The best thing to do with my 15000 energy is to quick patrol right? Im pretty sure it is but i didnt want to be dumb and accidently waste it

My fiance is graduating her masters program soon and I was trying to get her a thoughtful graduation gift. I was thinking about getting a nice otoscope and possible engraving it. However, I wasn't sure how practical that actually was. She's not sure what kind of job she wants yet. I feel like if she gets a hospital job, they will provide the otoscopes, and if she gets a school job she might not use it often.

I'm not an SLP so I'm not sure if this is a good gift or not. Please feel free to provide any other suggestions.

EDIT: Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Im going to get a nice pen light and probably engrave it. I'll also look into getting her a spa day
