Do you track prompts where nobody gets recommended?
Something I hadn't really considered until this week.
We've got a few commercially relevant prompts where the AI gives a general explanation but doesn't recommend any company at all. Not us, not competitors, nobody.
I've been counting those as misses but that seems a little unfair if there wasn't really an opportunity to appear in the first place.
Would you exclude those from visibility reporting or keep them because the lack of recommendations is still useful data?
