For me the worst thing is food, I can't just enjoy a normal amount it's either I don't have any or I rapidly over consume. It's the same with every other source of enjoyment, like every time I find a good book I literally don't stop reading until it's done. Anytime I discover a new hobby I get obsessive until I lose interest. This pattern has been problematic in the past with friendships, I've had to learn to not get obsessive and to keep in touch after the obsession phase ends. Is this pattern familiar to anyone else?

I'm 23 and I've been running a business as a general contractor for about 3 years now. Prior to that I worked with my dad (also general contractor for several decades) through high school. I've done a handful of tile jobs but would not call myself an expert yet. Just finishing up this backsplash job, wondering what any professionals out there would say about it?

I'm always open to advice to improve. Thank you
