Hi guys. Are you all removing the ring once it hits 80 and charging once it hits 20? Or are you charging it normally till 100? I’ve seen very mixed opinions and would like to know what u guys do!
Sometimes in his args there are a lot of Reddit post he takes from this server and puts it in his videos.
Also, in the leviathan video there were a lot of people chilling in the server.

Oh my freaking gosh. Okay so up until the 24th I’ve been on like 5 long haul flights and considering oura always shows signs of minor or major strain right after my flights I brushed that off. But is it just me or is the minor and major strains soooooo much more sensitive now? I haven’t gotten sick and I am currently not sick. My sleep has been different but that’s all. I just think it’s extremely sensitive lately. Anyone else ?
I’ve been collecting Sonny angels for 2 years now and have not gotten one secret or one Robby.
With this new series I feel like the Robby is soooooo cute but I actually don’t know how to shake it look for it. I don’t need to know how much the Robby weighs because usually they don’t allow any scales into the store to check but does anyone know how to shake and look for the Robby?
I saw this post about the oura ring 5 and I was about to buy the 4. My biggest issue with the oura ring currently is how thick it is. If any of you guys know that there is actually info about oura 5 coming soon (and it being thinner hopefully) can you please let me know ? :)
