Is turo really that bad?
After following a bunch of stories on this sub, it’s becoming clear to me that turo is not a good company and protects owners over customers every time. I’m supposed to be renting a car for 3 months while on a work trip in New Mexico. I’m worried about whether this is a good idea considering all of the unethical owners and fraudulent claims I’ve seen stories about on this sub. My booking is supposed to be non refundable though - I haven’t paid for the whole amount yet but I’m worried about losing my money for what I have paid for. Would love some insight and recommendations about what to do.
