Tameno is your auto-repeating “tapping” timer for repetitive tasks, like doing stretches, workouts, yoga, breathing exercises, and more.

I should have been working on my apps today, instead I made this video (best with sound) for my app Tameno.
I think it turned out fun and showcases the frustrations the app fixes nicely.
It's especially useful on the Apple Watch, but because it's a universal app, it's also available on the Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. One-time-lifetime purchase for all platforms.

I've been using it myself daily for stretches, the 20-20-20 rule during work, brushing my teeth and watering plants, but I've heard from physiotherapists, yogis and meditation instructors that they find the app very helpful as well.

Searching for “globe” shows only a trophy, but “globe with” will show the “globe with meridians” emoji. You'd think “globe” would show every emoji that has “globe” in its name… 🤦‍♂️
