Employees and Controller Deal

During the controller promotion, both Gamestop locations in my town were declining trade-ins due to “the system being down”. While the automated system was experiencing issues, they can manually orchestrate trade-ins, but they were instead declining customer trade-ins. We were told the promotion would be extended due to this, but it was not, and the trade-in system is now miraculously working again. To the Gamestop employees complaining about this promotion and refusing to do your job - just imagine if you were the customer 🤣 My friend went to another town and their system was down, BUT, they manually did the trade in for him and said that the other locations are lying, or at least bending the truth to avoid the manual process. Thank you for lying about your capabilities due to your laziness to test a controller for five minutes. I understand the increased load on your teams is stressful, but you will forever be condemned to the rear of a Gamestop cash register with that mindset.
