If you don't know a skin locked account means that you can't use the brawler unless it has a skin. Rare skins allow you to lvl 7, super rare lvl 8, epic lvl 9, mythic lvl 10, and you can max them out with a legendary or hc skin. Now I don't have a skin on Belle, while I have a rare skin on frank. So which one should I get?
