I woke up and felt slight spinning vertigo. then as soon as I got up i fell back in my bed 3 times. almost like i had no circulation in my brain or something. i had to call my brother to help me up. then i got spinning vertigo again. that’s never happened. went to ER. blood pressure, blood work and CT are all fine. still feel very fuzzy sensation in head and still off balance a bit. feel almost drunk. what else can i do i’m so scared. my neck hurts and have hard pressure in head
