Meter reads excessive amounts of water usage?

Hello, my house used to have a leak which was running about 6gpm had a plumber run a new line and the issue was fixed.

Now when all my valves for water are lines up it reads great 0 GPM so, no leaks. Not seeing any leaks in the crawlspace. However when i run my faucets the meter reads 133 GPM on each of the two bathroom faucets(133 per 1 faucet) and 70 GPM on kitchen faucet. The toilets both read about 150-250 GPM per flush. I had the city recalibrate the meter but the issue persists.

the meter total amount shows this too, as my readings are going up those amounts. When the faucet isn’t running or the toilets arent flushing it reads 0 GPM, at the meter. What am I missing?

Want to get in but low GPA lots of credits will I get accepted?

I currently am saving money in the oilfield to go back to college, and will be there soon.

I want to transfer from a TX school I went to in the past. I want to be an education major. I have about 119 probably about 140 attempted college credits. On my education major alone I had over a 3.0 gpa (2021, 89 credits) and then from a university ( 29 credits in accounting with over 3.0gpa ) however if you added in all my other credits from my oilfield related major my gpa drops to about 2.4 cumulative & I saw that they want a overall 2.5 for education majors, what could I do about this?

Would i still get admitted? would i need to come in with a different major then swap?

edit to add: all credits are from cc, and not a university with the exception of the 29 credits in accounting. also want to add that i am not worried about transferring any of the credits just want to get admitted into EDU. (granted the more I can transfer would be nice too!)

update edit: pulled my transcripts today turns out my cumulative is a 2.8 with 125/134 (received/attempted) credits. only 58 directly in EDU!

Speeding ticket can I remove it through defensive driving?

Location: West Texas.

Hello, I got a speeding ticket on the way to work yesterday, The citation listed is 1-14 mph over in a 30 zone.

At the time I got the ticket, my license said class A CDL, granted I hadn’t had a med certificate since 2022 making it a downgraded CDL license. (counting as a class C verified today with DMV)

On the citation the officer checked the CDL box and wrote class A on the id part of the ticket. I updated my license today to accurately show class C and my new address. I am extremely worried and would be willing to spend any amount of money to make sure this doesn’t hit my insurance. my last ticket before this was in 2020

Would I be able to take a defensive driver course to keep it off my insurance?

Hello today i got a speeding ticket, on the ticket it says class A CDL. I haven’t used my CDL since 2022 and have not updated my med card since then making it invalid.

the address on my DL is also old I plan to update it to a class C DL with my current address asap. Would I be eligible for the texas defensive driving program to dismiss the ticket?

Hello just got a ticket in tow 42 in a 30. I wuit driving truck in 2022, haven’t messed with med cert or anything since then either. I have not messed with my license since 2021 when I got the CDL. The officer listed my license as a class A CDL on the ticket. this is Texas. If i go to the dmv and get a class C can I dismiss the ticket?
