DO NOT USE TEXTGRID

Just simply wanted to hop on here and save everyone the headache that I've been experiencing for the past three months. I decided to switch to tax grid because of its price comparison, and I definitely paid for that price comparison..

Nothing but headaches DO NOT USE TEXTGRID biggest

Yes I do appreciate your advice!

Im a 21 y/o M, looking to start learning ways to make some serious money using real estate. The reason wholesaling is attractive to me is because it seems beginner friendly. It's not like I have to invest tens of thousands of dollars to start but something I can take time and learn top to bottom eventually with enough practice striking a deal hopefully.
If you were 21 years old, looking to start making money on the side, knowing everything you know now, how would you approach?

TextGrid Campaign Question...

Recently, I have been struggling with Tex grid blocking my messages due to my campaign registration, not matching everything that I do.

Wanted to see if there was any kind soul that would assist me with their campaign registration.

SMS & Phone Service Provider

I have switched to text grid due to LC phone blocking 90% of my outgoing texts as high risk domain. Once I switched to Tex grid, they implemented new rules and again I cannot send any of the texts that I want to be able to send out.

I guess I'm just wondering what phone service provider people are using and how your experience has been with them.

Career Opportunities Thoughts

I love the services and possibilities that HighLevel provides, but I’ve found that one of my biggest challenges is convincing potential clients that I can actually deliver the results I’m promising.

Because of that, I’ve been exploring opportunities to work with a larger company or startup that is actively implementing AI within businesses. I’d love to leverage the skills I’ve developed over the past few years helping companies streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve customer experiences.

Does anyone know of any growing startups or organizations looking for people who can bridge the gap between modern AI automation and outdated manual workflows? Ideally, I’d love to work with warm leads and focus on implementing solution-driven AI strategies that create measurable business improvements.
