Too many ppl are high on Ai

Talking about why I hate AI, I could write a whole damn book about it. But what pisses me off the most is the public's reaction to it.

So many people are going fucking crazy over AI. They think they missed Bitcoin or whatever, but this time they're sure they're gonna be the winners of the AI revolution.

But the thing is, 90% of people are gonna be the casualties of every economic crash. And AI somehow makes it even worse: it makes people lose their minds and start blabbering about everything, connecting literally everything to AI, even when most of what they're saying doesn't make any fking sense.

Meanwhile, they mock people who aren't into it. They mock artists, creators, and whatever, while using AI to steal those artists' work, mash it all together into some soulless garbage, and then call it "original."

How did u know if u had depression

or any other mental health problem?

I feel bad from time to time. Sometimes it's hard for me to even get up, brush my teeth, or throw my clothes into the washing machine. I’ve walked down the street and suddenly forgotten what I was doing.

And my head just keeps making noises that I can’t control, to the point where it gets extreme. It only stops or slows down for a bit after I have some alcohol.

I could be excited one second and suddenly become super upset the next. Nothing happened in between, and there’s no reason. For about two months, I felt completely disconnected from the outside world, as if I were trapped inside a shell. I had to listen to music all day, otherwise the silence would make me feel uneasy.

I tried asking my friends, but they said, "Well, I don't think it really exists. It's just in your mind," because I always behave normally in public.I'm afraid I'm exaggerating.

It's like a circle or a wave. Every time, it seems to disappear, but I know it never really did. And I know it'll come back. I just don't know when or why.It has already become a part of me.

Should I see a psychiatrist and get evaluated?
