Many pix and vids to come from NMRA Chattanooga this past weekend, but for now, have a blooper!

As one of my past modeling mentors used to say: "A bad day playing with trains is better than a good day doing anything else!"

Tried to run my Southern Radio Train at the NMRA National Train Show in Chattanooga this past weekend, and right out of the storage box, my SD45 refused to move at all. I traded it out for my SF30C as a mid-train helper unit, and with the SD35 and SD24 up front, the train ran very smoothly for around 45 minutes... until this happened. The SD24 suffered enough that it didn't want to run anymore after this.

Video courtesy of a member of the public, who, like the rest of us, did not see this coming!

[Help - Cichlids Newbie] Is this disease or physical damage?

I've got two cichlids with this white patterning on the nose/brow (same one in the first two pics, the other in the last picture). It was not there a few days ago. Maybe looks a little like a depression but is flush with the surface of their bodies for the most part. There is one pair of male/female that has spawned and is nursing fry on one side of the tank (dad is pic #3, effected). I'm thinking this is physical damage from parental aggression towards the non-parental fish, but this is my first time keeping cichlids so I'm not sure if this may be fungal or something. Fish seem to be behaving normally and are eating well. Mom and Dad are territorally aggressive, but do not pursue the intruders unreasonably.

No new additions of flora or fauna to this tank. Parameters are good. Temp is 76\*F but may have spiked the last few days in a heat wave.
