Question about an issue I am having

Hi all I am having a bit of an issue here involving my local management

I put in for leave for a Saturday and a Monday. Later, I changed it to just Monday. I confirmed this with my Manager on Friday—she said we were good, and I was expected in on Saturday.

The Breakdown: Apparently, the Manager never told my floor Supervisor. I show up Saturday, do my work, and even help the safety officer move their entire office for painting. Later in the shift, my floor Supervisor sees me and starts shouting, "Where were you? I didn't see you all day! The Manager said you were off!"

I told her I’ve been here all day and to check my TACS/clock rings. Instead of checking the system, she doubles down and says, "Well I didn't see you, and you’re wearing a jacket, so you look like you just got here and were sleeping all day." and all kinds of stuff calling me a liar pretty much

I didn't even dignify that with a response. I was wearing a jacket because the building is freezing, and I was so fueled by energy drinks, there is zero chance of sleep happening.

The Coverage Drama: On top of this, this same Supervisor and station manager for A is on a massive power trip regarding coverage. I usually work station A, but since coming back from OWCP I was working Station B and C to cover. However I am guessing no one would talk to each other so I would be working and get calls from station A telling me to go clean there again.

When I tell her that the person who coordinates coverage (who happens to be a Union Rep) told me to stay put, she starts screaming that "the person who tells you where to go can't tell you where to go!" and that she’s "giving me an order."

Meanwhile, Station B and Station C haven't been cleaned in a week, I was asked by the station supervisor for station B and C (both small clerk only stations) (who also worked the second floor at A as the carrier area) why B and C haven't been cleaned. My answer was I was ordered back at A and I fully assumed B and C were being cleaned by other custodial staff. I found out there was no coverage. I told her i would let the same union rep know and left a voice mail.

The Question: Is this "Follow and Grieve" territory? My Union Rep says I have to follow the "order" to go to Station A even if it contradicts the coverage plan. Also I wanna know if the situation that happened on Saturday is considered 'normal" for supers or should I look into filing grievances
