$20 paid tester wanted – Horror Poster Creator 🎬🔪
I'm looking for one non-designer/non-artist to test a browser-based horror poster creation tool I'm developing.
Payment: $20
Time: around 20–30 minutes
Task: Create 2 posters
The tool currently has 3 horror themes. You'll choose any 2 and create one poster from each.
I'm specifically looking for someone without graphic design experience. I'm testing how easy and enjoyable the tool is for a normal user — I'm not judging your artistic ability!
Afterwards, I'll ask for your two exported posters and some short, honest feedback about:
• What was easy or confusing
• Anything you struggled to find
• Whether you could make something you liked quickly
• Features you liked/disliked
• Anything you expected to be able to do but couldn't
• Whether you'd actually enjoy using something like this
No software download required.
If you're interested, comment or DM me. Please mention whether you have any previous graphic design experience.
Thanks! 🎃
Horror Poster Designer Wanted – Test My Poster Creator
I'm an indie developer creating a horror movie management game The game includes its own built-in movie poster creator, and I'm looking for graphic designers/poster artists to help test what it can really do.
This is NOT a request to design a poster in Photoshop or Illustrator. I want you to create posters entirely inside my poster-making tool.
What you'll do:
You'll receive a private browser link – nothing to download or install.
The tool contains fictional horror films with movie titles, cast/killer artwork, props, weapons, backgrounds, typography, colours, gradients, effects, layering and shape tools.
Spend around 1 hour experimenting and create 2–3 different horror posters.
I'm particularly interested in how designers use the shape tools. Combine, resize, layer and position them however you like. Feel free to use the editor in ways I haven't anticipated.
Please DON'T use external software to finish or improve the posters. I need to see what can genuinely be achieved using my tool alone.
I'd also like brief feedback:
What did you want to do but couldn't?
What tools/features are missing?
Was anything confusing?
Which tools were most useful?
Did you find unexpected ways to use the shapes/tools?
What one improvement would give you more creative freedom?
I'm looking for honest feedback – finding limitations is part of the test.
I may showcase posters created during the test to demonstrate or promote Any poster I showcase will credit you by your artist/designer name but this not a deal breaker if you dont want this.
I'm hiring several designers independently because I want to see how different artists approach the same tools.
I'm looking for a long-term artist to help define the visual style of the game.
Think modern game portraits—colourful, expressive, and suitable for a Hollywood management game.
