Who is the best women's hairdresser?

I have thick wavy hair down to my hips but want to get it cut substantially shorter. Which hairdresser can give me a stylish shoulder length haircut? I don't want to color my hair, don't want an "alternative" haircut, and don't want to look dated/old fashioned. I am willing to pay any price.

Could this be ARFID?

I am a 35F. I don't think I'm autistic. I don't have ADHD either. However, my food pickiness really makes life hard for the people around me. Especially when traveling. Aside from traveling, I never eat out and cook everything at home. I only eat food that is in its original form and remains recognizable. An example of a safe meal is meat cooked on grill with dry rub seasoning, and fresh vegetables like cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, and an orange. Unsafe foods are most sauces, condiments, protein bars, spreads, dips, pasta, cereal, rice, eggs that are not hard-boiled, fish balls, tofu, fake crab, waffles, pancakes, bread, fries, mashed potato, products that are "hard to discern" like "Bagelfuls", "Poptarts", most snack foods etc. The list is probably even longer than this to be honest. I eat exactly the same meals every day. I've eaten like this since early childhood. I feel like gagging when trying to eat foods I dislike. The only reason I have doubts about whether it's ARFID is because most people with ARFID have very different safe foods from mine. Here are photos of my boring and repetitive meals.
