I was looking at the most recent booking for tabletop Scotland and one of them said D&D AL – AL-01-00 Grand Bazaar of Skalnaedyr – Parts 1 & 3 – Tier 1. I was just wondering what i ment by part 1 and 3 and if it was important or not. I am a new player to adventurers league but not dnd. Also as far as im aware a tier 1 grouo is levels 1-4 on a normal dnd character sheet (following the guidlines) so can i just go to a tier 1 as a level 4 or do i start as level 1? Any help would be appreciated and expect more from me on this subreditt because ill probs have more questions. Thanks in advance.

Im looking for the best devil representation in anime. I want a devil who's smart, collective and observant. I want a devil who's like the one from the 2005 ish constitine movie that stars Keanu Reeves. I would also love for it do be dubbed but the time period doesn't matter. This devil character should be powerful but does not want to show off because hes the devil he doesn't need to. If you cant find anything like this is fine just tell me a good anime with the best devil.
