1 month in. Feed back and advise?
I’ve started about a month ago going once a week. I would love to get some feedback and advice on how I can improve and look smoother on my S turns.
I heard the most common advice is to get low and bend the knees. I’ve left the fall in in the beginning because I tried to get low at the start and lost balance. I ended up psychologically not bending enough the rest of the run.
Also how do I get faster with my run? Why is my S turn drill slowing me down?
