New burger food truck open on Airport BLVD is really good - Evan's Smash Shack

Saw a post on IG about a new burger truck opening and it is solid. Free parking is on theo rd near The Glassmith. The truck itself is to the left of the smoke shop right at the front.

Edit: I had the mushroom melt and my wife had the spicy smash. Both were really good and everything was made fresh

Has anyone removed the plastic engine cover under the hood?

I got a 2026 turbo s sport and drove it for 15 min across town and popped the hood about an hour after I parked and the plastic engine cover was trapping so much heat it was still at operating temp. Heat soak isn't good for anything and here in Texas it isn't even that hot yet so God help my engine in August. Has anyone removed the plastic engine cover and were they any issues after doing so?
