Old g2a user, terrible current experience

Hello,

Recently I bought forza horizon 6 , before launch, usingy email, but not being connected to the account at that time.

When payment was done and no email was received, i logged into my account confirmed that the order is not visible on the account, and created a support ticket.

Day 1 of support:

I provide order number and payment proof, I'm told everything is ok and that an email will be sent to my email when the game is release.

Day of the release, nothing is delivered, no order is in my account still so, i reopen the support ticket.

Now, the 20 of may, i get a quick reply saying that i should have gottend the email, and that if i would log to that account, i should be able to see the order. Then the message continues saying that actually i should create an account on g2a using that email and then i wiuld see the order, but like always my support ticket is CLOSED immediatley after a reply is sent.

The cherry on the top is that they show a different email in the message, which i never used or ever had, and right now im pretty sure that that is a rypo on their side, as the whole message looks like a half-assed reply.

Is there any better way of reaching competent support ?

Hello everyone.

I've created this post just to express my gratitude towards the openwrt project and its community.

Thanks to it I have had the possibility to have an awesome network since I was a teenager, and now I just stick by it, and I converted most of my friends and family to it.

Right now I actively run the following:

  1. Zyxel 5601 ( thanks again frollic for suggesting this bad boy )

  2. Asus ax4200 ( the first device that i had to open in order to flash the firmware )

  3. Archer c6u ( awesome device, gifted it to a friend )

  4. tp-link wr1043n v5 ( still supported, it is used as a wired range extender fast roaming 2.4 )

  5. Cudy wr3000 ( latest adition, solved my parent network issues, didn't had more than 3 minutes of standard firmware )

  6. many more old N and G routers sitting in closets

This might be a useless post, but then again, i think showing appreciation is just as important as asking for help, so alas thank you all !
