Image 1 — Hey everyone..in at a lost here trying to fix this base or make something new for my utilitech 18inch fan from Lowe's. Unfortunately I cannot buy the base separately so maybe make something out of PVC or wood. Attempted to use a silicone bind but had no luck. Thanks for any advise

Cleaning panels

Anybody got any recommendations on what nylon brush too use for cleaning?? Deionized water filters?? Reverse osmosis?? Looking to purchase a set up to clean my panels..
