Bulk or Recomp?
I have been weightlifting seriously for 1 month and doing pushups for about 6 months.
I have looked through a lot of these posts and couldn’t find a similar body type.
6’0” 168lb
I was doing a 261 caloric surplus bulk.
But now I’m wondering if that is the right move as a beginner? Will it just give me muscles but make my belly even bigger? What is my estimated body fat percentage (I figured somewhere around 20% but I have no idea)?
Should I recomp instead at maintenance? Should I recomp at a slight surplus?
