Hi fellow Kurds,

I wanted to ask for some honest advice.

I'm a Kurdish Muslim man in my mid 30s who grew up in Europe and recently moved to Erbil. I'm interested in marriage, but I want to do things in a respectful and traditional way.

How does someone go about this if they don't have relatives or family members they can depend on to act as an intermediary?

From what I understand, introductions usually happen through family, relatives, or someone trusted who can speak to the other family. But what happens if you don't really have that?

For people who know Kurdish culture in Iraqi Kurdistan, how does someone in my situation usually start the process? I'm open to marrying someone from any part of Kurdistan.

I'm not looking for anything casual. My intention is marriage, but I don't really understand what the realistic first step is when you don't have the right connections.

Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated.

I've reached out to several 3PLs asking if they can handle full logistics chain all the way from sea freight from China to one of their warehouses, do all customs and basically all necessary documents along with doing ecommerce fulfillment for larger products within the EU.

But since I'm very new to all of this I'd like to know if anyone has experience with Dimerco and if they are the right pick for me.
