My mom brushed her teeth with a orange colored mix of lemon, banana peel insides, pink salt, toothpaste. She said it cleaned her teeth really well. I thought well that sounds basically the equivalent of using sandpaper scraping off all enamel ruining her teeth.

I didn't think much of it when my mom told me she was following those ridiculous random Facebook homemade diy ai 5 minute craft people. Saw my mom mixing something orange, she said it worked well really getting rid of stuff around her teeth that regular toothpaste didn't get out. I asked her what she used, she said lemon, pink salt, inside the banana peel part, toothpaste mixed together. Then I thought how the internet which I confirmed with the dentist said you should wait 30 minutes after eating so anything acidic goes away and you don't brush the softened enamel caused by the acidity. She doesn't listen to me and trust these random Facebook people who don't sound like dentists or chemists.
