Older child still needs parenting

We lost our 4 month old baby girl two weeks ago today. But we have an almost 3 year old super energetic boy - has anyone else had to grieve their infant whilst parenting a toddler? I feel like I mask and put on a brave face for 14 hours a day then just collapse into grief once he’s gone to bed. It’s slowing the acceptance process for me. Would love just to hear about others experiences. Advice not essential, I just want to feel less alone.
