what are we feeding ourselves (aside from fast food)

Hiii I am looking for advice on feeding myself as a grown adult LOL

I have tried the meal prepping thing and tbh sometimes I struggle with even showering and brushing my teeth due to energy and motivation levels being shitty so I can never stick to it, especially when life gets really busy. I do sometimes make large soup batches to keep in the fridge for around a week's worth of dinners, but those usually work best for me when im at home and have access to a microwave (ik there are ones on campus but none in the buildings I go to and im kind of lazy, and i dont want to risk soup going all over my laptop in my bag).

I am good as far as breakfast goes, I try to have it most days and usually it's cereal or oatmeal.

The thing is, often I am too rushed or tired in the morning to make a good lunch for myself at school and some days i don't get too hungry during class but sometimes (like today) my stomach HURTS so bad from hunger and I even brought some fruit, veggies, and hummus for lunch today. Idk what to do i can't seem to win 😭

I am fortunate enough to live at home so when my parents make more hearty meals I get some of that, but when i get home from school fairly late with stuff to do like homework, studying etc. I don't really have motivation to make food (case in point, last night's dinner was cottage cheese, potato chips, chicken, and an apple...)

What are people making for meals (particularly dinner and lunches to bring to school)? Thank you in advance!

[Acne] I'm really frustrated with my skin

This is my skin currently. I posted a little while back thinking I'd overexfoliated, so I cut the actives, just using benzoyl peroxide sparingly on bad spots. Somehow it got worse?? Idk what to do and i would really appreciate advice because I think this is objectively pretty bad acne.

I think there's maybe something going on with my hormones but I don't know what else to try. I've cut most of the dairy I consume, I'm trying to cut back on sugar, and I've also been trying to have spearmint tea at least every 2 days. Maybe I'm missing something else I should be doing to deal with my hormones as a possible issue?

[Acne] Overexfoliated?

This has been my skin for the past week-ish, it's just been progressively getting worse, in addition to a lot of dryness and flaky skin. It doesn't really look like it from the pic but there's a lot of lumpiness (blind pimples I guess, but more solid and large almost like cystic acne I get on my chin). I think it might be from using glycolic acid in combination with benzoyl peroxide but I'm not really sure how to heal this and reverse damage done without using something like benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment, which i think is part of the issue of me being too harsh with chemicals. I'll be laying off the glycolic acid for sure for a while.

i currently use niacinamide, moisturizer, and sunscreen in the morning. At night it was glycolic acid, then moisturizer, then benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment. Any suggestions for reversing the damage here? My skin is so reactive to literally everything and has been pretty itchy the past few days too so I don't know what to do other than moisturize and sunscreen but if anyone else has a similar situation I'd appreciate advice.
