Hi, im switching from vyvanse to adderall ir 10mg twice a day. I was so disappointed to see the generic being alvogen as ive heard only bad things. Ive had adderall ir prescribed before, and had issues with generics like lanett and another i forget. Elite wasnt bad.

I know loads of folks hate alvogen, but is there anyone who actually likes it/feels like it works? I just took my first dose and i dont like the chalkiness of the pill, but im trying to have hope. My doctor did say to let her know if i have issues thankfully but i know its a pain and usually impossible to swap scripts when you just got it.

So i chose Rafael (naturally) for my main LI, and i LOVE his route. I did also like Alex and Bryson. Going back to the main villa, i was pretty disappointed with all the other guy love interests and just felt they all fell so flat? Like NONE of them turned my head even slightly.

I don’t find Travis or Evan attractive at all, so its just annoying when they keep grafting me even up to the final recoupling when I’ve been shutting them down every single convo.

I wish there were better love interests to make it interesting, but none of them are worth any drama and I’ve just been almost forced to be super loyal to Raf 😭 again id still choose him and be loyal but i wanted to at least have real temptation for the plot lol

I have clonazapam as needed for panic attacks. Normally it always works, worse case i can get nausea if i take it on an empty stomach. Tonight, i took it and within 20ish minutes i started getting anxiety, chest pain and a bit dizzy. This usually dossnt happen, and it got worse within thr hour. I then got that doom feeling and had to do deep breathing.

Ive also been having stomach issues, and i did take it with an upset stomach, idk if that is thr cause or what but has this happened to anyone else?? I took half a pill i believe .25 which i usually do. I also had coffee late at like 730/8pm. Is this GERD/come down anxiety? I’m just so confused and stressed bc i want to sleep and my chest is tight. I had tums earlier in the day also.

Trying to go a more natural” route for my comedowns and anxiety when my meds wear off. Anyone ever tried Kava? I’ve read mixed things online but someone suggested it

So its the weekend & i took a very late dose of my vyvanse at 7 bc i dont work tomorrow, but its already faded & im wondering if i can take my trazadone? I know there can be drug interactions so would it be better to skip since i know even if i take it at 12/1am, the vyvanse is still in my system?

Okay i know what everyone will say it's obviously dehydration. Idk if I'm looking for advice or just emotional support. I took my vyvanse today and I'm PMSing (meds work less) so I took more than my dose (i know i shouldn't) so about 60mg. I then in the evening went to a dance class which was like a SAUNA and its 93 degrees today. I was sweating like crazy and I drank maybe 64 oz of water before class, as well as an electrolit. I come home and my pee is super dark orange almost red.

It has happened before and usually if i'm on or close to my period, but it freaks me out. I know I need to stick to my dose, so if yall can be kind and not told you so me -

has this happened to anyone else? I'm going to keep hydrating throghout the night but it just sucks. i'm going to take a break starting tomorrow into next week to let my body recover.
