Event day is tomorrow! As a reminder, here's how this subreddit will operate during the event (all times in EST):

• At 9AM, the "Pre-Event Megathread" will be posted. Have a last minute prediction you are itching to post? Post it here! This thread's comments will be sorted by "Best".

• Around 10:30AM, the subreddit will be in restricted mode. No one will be able to post (except for mods) until this is lifted. If there some last minute news, it will be posted

• At 12:45PM, we will post an "Event Megathread". We will lock the pre-event thread, and this thread will be the active one until ~3:15pm. The comment sorting will be set to new.

• At ~3:15PM, the "Post-Event Megathread" will be posted. Did you find the iPhone Ultra/Fold to be the most amazing thing ever, or maybe underwhelming? This is where you can let the world know

Other rules/notes:

• Personal opinions on the event/new devices will not be allowed on the subreddit unless they add something of substance. Please use one of the threads mentioned to speak your heart out.

• If you do post something not covered by the event, or the 'news', please post it! We will monitor the modqueue and approve it if it gets filtered

• At around 4pm, the subreddit will be opened for submissions. Please check r/apple/new before posting

• During the event, check r/apple/new once in a while. We will try to post links to announcement as they happen during the event. We prioritize Apple Newsroom articles but if Apple doesn't post it, we will probably just link to one of the Apple blogs (9to5, MR, AppleInsider, etc.).
